I registered as a helper. I get notifications alerting an SOS near me but when I open the app it just prompts me to fill in some data about me (which I've done correctly many times) and once I complete it and press 'next' there's absolutely no info about the alert. In other words, there's no way to help. If no one can respond to the alerts, the app is completely useless.

Not working, it shows a screen with two options "by mistake" and "I'm safe now", no matter what I choose it doesn't pass the screen, I uninstalled the app, I cleared cache and still not working.

Great app to stay in touch with your family members and friends, nice feature especially for traveling saves a lot of time to check is everything is good
