Austin has a happy hour on almost every block and no good way to keep track of them. Zappy is the fix. It is one live map of the city's drink specials and food deals, and it shows you what is running right now, near you.

638 BARS AND RESTAURANTS
Every place in Zappy has a photo, its happy hour days and times, and the deals written out item by item with real prices. Not a vague "half off drinks." The actual $4 draft beer, the $7 frozen margarita, the $2 street tacos, the $10 burger. That is 7,000+ deals across the city, so you know exactly what you are walking into before you leave the house.

A MAP THAT KNOWS WHAT TIME IT IS
Open the app and the map shows the happy hours that are live at this moment. No cross referencing a blog post from four years ago, no squinting at a bar's story to work out whether the drink specials are still on. If it is 4:47 on a Tuesday, you are looking at the Tuesday 4:47 deals.

FILTERS THAT STACK
Day, time, distance, area, price and type all work at once. Thursday, after 8pm, walking distance, under $6, cocktails. Set it once and the map answers.

FIND YOUR VIBE
Vibe filters cover the part a menu cannot: patio, dive bar, date night, dog friendly, good music, sports, upscale, quirky, games and views. Whether you want a shaded patio with a water bowl for the dog, a proper dive bar with cheap beer, a rooftop cocktail bar for a first date, or a brewery taproom with the game on, filter for it and go.

EXTRA SAVINGS AT 70+ SPOTS
Some bars and restaurants carry an inKind offer on top of the happy hour, from $10 off $30 up to $50 off $150. It shows right on the card, and there is a filter for when you only want to see those.

SEARCH THE DEAL, NOT JUST THE BAR
Search a dish, a drink or a venue name. Type queso and you get the places running a queso deal. Type espresso martini, oysters, wings or frozen and Zappy finds the discounted item itself, not just a list of restaurants that happen to sell it.
