this app is the bane of my existence. it barely ever works. I have to check it repeatedly because tickets to go to work appear at random times and then disappear immediately. And then to know if the tickets are available again I need to do like 10 taps and waste time just to see the error. Implement automatic booking or at the very least a push notification!!!!!!! Your basic use case does NOT WORK! Whoever designed it please consider another job.

Tracking only works sporadically, vehicle descriptions inaccurate, delays aren't communicated until scheduled pickup time and refunds are only if your shuttle is more than 45 minutes late. But you can't cancel or change ticket time after the original pickup time even if there's delays. I've also had drivers drive in circles and cause further delays claiming it was a faster way or another pickup but then never stopped for a pickup they claimed they had.

I’ve been using the Zeelo app every day to book bus tickets, but since the last Android update it has become completely unusable. This morning I spent over 20 minutes trying to book a ticket and couldn’t even get as far as the page to select my pickup stop. The app constantly freezes, hangs on loading screens, and feels like it was never properly tested before release. When people are trying to book transport quickly, this level of failure is incredibly frustrating.
