I’ve been using the Zeelo app every day to book bus tickets, but since the last Android update it has become completely unusable. This morning I spent over 20 minutes trying to book a ticket and couldn’t even get as far as the page to select my pickup stop. The app constantly freezes, hangs on loading screens, and feels like it was never properly tested before release. When people are trying to book transport quickly, this level of failure is incredibly frustrating.

In the previous version, the traffic information was visible and proved to be very helpful. please bring that back!!

Extremely poor app, it can possibly handle low volume of users, but for our company bus it's nearly impossible to use it without having it crashing all the time, double booking or not booking at all. EDIT: After repeated complaints from our company, they finally found the solution: a new error message. If your servers cannot handle thousands of users, either you do something about it or do not take the contract. You're wasting everyone's time by pretending you're listening to complaints.
