Really, really really terrible service and my leftover credits is gone 16/1/25. I asked for a refund. You owe me £110 for Sunday for my pay from work on 28/9/25 for not picking and showing up really really late for work

The app is awful; it struggles to load (if it loads at all) and is difficult to navigate.

2023: "Something went wrong. Please try again" 2024: *booked tickets have disappeared* 2025: "All Sorted" *no tickets booked*. 2026: Takes out payment from the card not selected. 6 more years to go to be the most user unfriendly app of the decade.
