Really, really really terrible service and my leftover credits is gone 16/1/25. I asked for a refund. You owe me £110 for Sunday for my pay from work on 28/9/25 for not picking and showing up really really late for work

app is slow and at times doesn't load any of my passes. when I first downloaded the app the coach journey I would make was backwards and I wasn't put on the right bus.

The reminder does not appear on my device but only when I open it. You can't set a custom reminder so you can get it earlier or multiple reminder too.
