The app doesn't open anymore, keeps closing, cleared cash, and even uninstalled and reinstalled, still not working I see similar comments from other users, and the response is "please call us" which doesn't make any sense, this is not an individual problem nor an account problem, the app doesn't even open !!!

The app is force closing after latest updates and won't open at all. After one month you only saw the feedback and you came back to me and said please call us , send an email, and whatever nonsense comments you replied. The case is very simple and many people posted the same. Fix the app since it's not opening at all and keep force closing in A16.

Can't open the app on Galaxy A55 running android 16, it crashes while on splash screen. and after a while i got this notification. Device care Keep your phone running smoothly ADIB Egypt is crashing frequently. Put it in deep sleep to keep your phone running smoothly. Edit: still not working 😐!
