Unreliable with poor customer service. I live abroad from Egypt. This app gives unacceptable OTPs and not feasible to be reinstalled and activated. Customer service is not easily accessible or helpful. That means you can do nothing with it.

The worst. Ask for 16 digits, found in SMS I entered correctly but not working. I tried the device serial number but it is only 14 digits... Simply stupid and customers felling same!!!

Useless App, tried to activate it many times, generating 15 digits OTP while the activation process expecting 16 digits, calling CS removing the old configuration and reinstalling the app again and repeated the same process 5 times without any value You must provide reliable apps to support your customers or drop this way and enable the sms otp option
