It's a waste that someone actually subscribes to your app. The application is faulty in every aspect, even the system is faulty. There are countless errors. If you can't handle it, you shouldn't open any bank and better shut it down and save time for us

Now working after 9 months of wait Not working since android 14 update. The bank says it is phone problem not them.. Tried every support on calls, emails and sending them (upon Thier request) screen record of the crashing app, device IP..all what they requested, now they say no time line for fixing it. I am leaving this bank!

App doesn't open on android android 14. S24 ultra and s23 ultra..how many iser needs to send you so that you can fix it? No one is able to use the app. Did you run out of money to pay for the developer? It literally needs 200 egyptian pounds to any developer to update the operating system compatibility. What a horrible service!!!
