Hoping for more features... I remember hearing about this app months ago, but wasn't able to download it right away. I have now and primed it, but it looks like after first opening it you are only able to contact emergency services. It would be nice to prime the app more with mine (and my family's) details like blood type and etc. It would also be nice to set this app as available from the lock screen in case of emergency as well. A test use/ Walkthrough would be helpful as well.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! Good news: profiles are live now, so you can add your details ahead of time, including medical info and addresses. A walkthrough (test mode) is in too. Lock screen access is a great idea and on our radar. Thanks again, we hope you never need it, but it's ready when you do.

"When speaking is dangerous" -accessos.io Live mode, yesterday: Had different difficulties (vs test app mode, too fast to screenshot) inputting the details, but I think I managed to "type here" the crime in progress. After completing it, I got 3 CALLS (missed, phone on DND) & a text message within the same minute as each other from two local area code numbers, but not ones I could associate with my local PD. The first text message said "We are calling you, please answer." the rest, Kafkaesque.

Thank you, your feedback helps improve how accesSOS works.
In some areas, dispatch may try to call or text quickly after a report is sent, which can come from unfamiliar numbers. Every accesSOS report includes a note that the user may not be able to speak. We’re continuing to work with emergency partners to make the context clearer.
