Great game. only downside for me was when buying the extra races they give you them as extra villagers. however if you start over you have to select them like regular villagers. i would have really liked if you started the game with one of each like when you first buy them so you would be basically paying for the extra villager as well. just my opinion though.

I want to love this game but have 3 main issues: 1) There needs to be tooltips for items so we know what they are. 2) When villagers level up, I don't know what new abilities they have. After new things are unlocked there no other indication of what level is needed for them. 3. The AI pathing is very inefficient. The villagers waste a lot of time moving around to far away objects instead of prioritizing things up close. If any of these things are fixed, I'll update my rating.

I do really like this game, and there's lots of potential! The loop is fun, and it's interesting to try different strategies. My issues are with balance, things take forever. I keep encountering bugs where villagers will have pet food in their hand, but the pet isn't eating so the happiness just tanks. Same with some villagers giving me "I wish we had food I'm starving!" There is food, lots of it, they just don't stop work to get it. Both issues seem to be remedied by closing and reopening.
