I'm over level 300 and I gotta tell you, it's a difficult game. There are words I've never heard so I'm constantly looking them up. The category for the bubbles sometimes makes no sense to me. I've had to watch so many videos just to get through a game! But, I still play it!!! NowI'm on level 2465 and totally stuck!! The only way I can get through this level is to use the magnet helper which means I have to watch a video EVERY turn! Frustrating! I've just been playing the daily puzzle.

I was really enjoying the game, but keep getting sent to advertisements that are impossible to escape. I also do not enjoy being focused and a voice advertisement pops up while playing. you also have to be careful when trying to merge, sometimes it lags and matches to the incorrect bubble which counts as one of your turns. The idea is great, it is challenging, and would be great without these frustrating problems.

I used to like it. I had purchased the ad-free version and many coins. when I got my new phone I lost all my purchases and all my progress. I even lost the Daily Challenge. I've emailed the app's support (which included a screenshot from my old phone's app) but did not receive a response. I would delete it but I'm hoping they actually read reviews and this might get resolved! well, the developer responded and now I'm even more annoyed. Instead of being "truly sorry" perhaps you could FIX it.
