One of the most important paths of the science of monotheism (creed) is the study of knowing God’s beautiful names and sublime attributes, because the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, commanded that in the hadith in which he said: (God has ninety-nine names, whoever counts them will enter Paradise) and counting is knowing them, adopting them, and supplicating by them. For this reason, the scholars competed in extracting these names and attributes from the two revelations, so they explained and clarified them and brought out their benefits and doctrinal rulings so that the perisher does not deviate from the path of truth, the path of the saved sect.
