Augmented Designs makes interactive AR experiences for Real Estate and Architecture projects. The ArchViewer gives you a streamlined way to access these AR experiences and share them with others.

The maquette is a great visual aid in presenting your building project. But what if you could have animated people walk through it? Or interact with different elements? Or send it to anyone in an instant?
With Augmented Reality you can make all that possible! By creating a virtual maquette you have the entire digital world at your disposal. The possibilities literally become endless.
Of course that is easier said than done and that is where we come in. Based on your visualisation wishes and 3D models we can create the perfect virtual maquette for you!
The ArchViewer
One of the biggest advantages of AR is that it's available on almost anyones device. This way you can provide people with amazing experiences, with nearly unlimited reach.
A downside of using mobile devices is that you can't simply email your AR experiences. You have to use an app. But to make a new app for each new AR experience is cumbersome at best. That is why we developed the ArchViewer. One streamlined access point to all AR experiences.
The app contains several AR examples to give you an idea of how you can visualize buildings and their design aspects with AR:
• Dynamic sections - Make sections truly readable by making them dynamic.
• Architectural layers - Explore the relation between different architectural layers.
• Animated context - Bring your project to life by adding animated people and daylight simulation.
• 3D presentation - Imagine a Powerpoint presentation accompanied with explanatory 3D models.
• 360 Panoramic renders - Combine the helicopter overview of AR with the eye-level perspective of VR.
