very slow, you'll see a bus disappear for a few minutes then reappear. or a bus won't move at all, then 5 minutes later it's 8 miles from where it was stopped. it takes a minute to pick up your GPS. and route planning UI needs work. this feels like an app built by a first timer. I have a pixel phone with the newest updates always, there's no reason it could be my phone when I always have full service and 5g. I've missed the first bus when I first downloaded this app,

This app feels so clunky and unfinished. I have to individually select the routes I want to see instead of being able to just see them all. To scroll through the routes I can't have the list cover my full screen, and it won't anyway because the list stays the same size, just moved to the top instead of the bottom of the screen. The page with actual bus times feels unfinished too, missing info that I feel is very useful like if a bus is running late or early, it just shows the time.

The app is extremely laggy and doesn't always show the amount of buses on a given route. Transportation is the most important thing to public riders. Fix your app to always show how many buses are on a given route AT ALL TIMES. Or, lower your ride fees because your app is subpar. Update your app to get rid of the glitchy bugginess of your app. When it is fixed, I will re-evaluate your deserved 1 star rating from me. Trash app. Also, sometimes the buses don't even show up on the routes like 38
