🇫🇷 Bonjour! I developed Baby Name Together when my wife was pregnant with our precious little peanut. We could not find baby names for our daughter, so I made a babyname app to help us (and other Moms and Dads) find trending, unique, and popular baby names. This app is just my part-time project, so I try to do my best to improve it while being a full-time husband and around-the-clock baby tracker :)

Ratings and reviews

Nice interface and name selection but So. Many. Ads. I mean, I'm hitting an ad every 30 seconds or so as I scroll through names, plus every time I try to hear the pronunciation of a name, plus every time I try to look up the meaning and popularity of a name. I get that the developers need to make revenue, but it's so much advertising, it's distracting and frustrating. So I'm going in search of a baby names app that doesn't waste most of my browsing time on advertisements.

Haven't had a chance to review matches with my spouse yet, the yes and no options are fine. What's weird is that when I quit using the app and go back into there are fewer name options than when I left (if I had an even 600 names left, I'll come back and suddenly there are only 526... Is the app crossing off names in the background?) Works ok for what it is, to give us ideas. Using free version.

Love the idea, but it only gave me about 1200 boy names to swipe / match with my partner. Their description makes it seem like there are 30,000+ names to swipe, but that was very much not the case. We both paid for the premium version so we could match, but as far a I can tell that doesn't unlock additional names to match on. It just unlocks user- submitted names that you can favorite (which is the 30,000+ names that they boast).
