I tried Breeze and did not realize I was being enrolled in a recurring paid subscription. When I contacted support about the unexpected charge, I was told the subscription was disclosed in the Terms and Conditions. Recurring charges, price, billing frequency, and auto-renewal should be clearly presented when payment is authorized, not something a customer can easily miss. I requested a refund and was refused. Very disappointing experience. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I took a quiz and was told to see my results I had to pay $1. I was offered a subscription to access lots of awesome helpful features for $29/month. I declined and agreed to pay the $1 for my test results. A few days later I was charged $29 for a subscription. I went to my e mail to see if Breeze had e mailed me about this transaction and they had not. I promptly unsubscribed to the app and filed a request for refund. My request was denied. Very Sleazy.

I really enjoyed this app. They just need to be more clear about pricing and the app having ads from the app that just pop up on the screen out of nowhere and you accidentally tap it and buy something random. I do find it cute and helpful but it just needs to be a little more clear on things and pricing. Will continue to use it.
