Very bad experience. I ordered 3 different types of seeds from the Big Hatt app. Out of these, only one parcel was delivered successfully. For the remaining two orders, there is no tracking update, no delivery, and no response from the service team despite multiple follow-ups. This shows poor customer support and lack of accountability. A very disappointing experience. The order was delayed. They neither delivered the product nor refunded the money. Even after multiple follow-ups, customer support did not resolve the issue. Completely dissatisfied. This is a completely fraudulent company. I would never recommend them. Please avoid ordering from this company and be cautious.

Dear colleagues and customers Dont fall into the trap. They let us buy items and delivered it normally. Then they do not delivered item at last and got cheated. Parcel not delivered till right now but marked as a delivered item. I am a big fan of bighatt and order big items previously now hesitate to order more. No helpline phone number and no immediate response. Customer care number provided is also not valid. Very very disappointed. Will never recommend and order parcel again from Bighatt.
