You can personally select and develop detailed attributes ranging from shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, heading, crossing, physicality, speed, stamina, and goalkeeping. The key attributes differ depending on the position — shooting and dribbling for forwards, and tackling and heading for defenders. Focusing on developing core attributes allows your Overall Rating (OVR) to rise faster. Increasing stamina reduces energy consumption per match, making you stronger in consecutive games.

Learn from outstanding senior players at your club. There are mentors who boost your stats and those who teach you special skills (such as finesse shots, killer passes, and precision headers). However, to learn a skill, you must first possess the corresponding stats—you must build your fundamentals to unlock the next level of skill.

Offers vary depending on your performance. If you perform well, top clubs will take notice, while if you underperform, offers will come from lower-tier clubs. Decide the direction of your career yourself, choosing between a team that matches your skill level, a team to challenge, or a contract renewal.
