So much easier to make purchases here than on Facebook. Once you are registered a few clicks, a swipe, and it's yours. I love watching the shows even when I don't buy something. I have an alarm set to the show times. I try tune in at the beginning of a show to see what is offered in my fav patterns. I find this new concept of social shopping a way to connect to other purse lovers. I love being able to have a rapport with the host and other Lugnuts. The best thing: there is no MEANESS!

App works poorly. Customers' valuable time is lost due to app problems. Lug took away important features that made shopping easier, alas still with app issues. Lug doesn't care about its customers. They have refused to make the shopping experience a good and easy one for could-be, would-be customers! Someone neutral should figure out how much time both the hosts and potential customers waste due to this app. I no longer use/watch the LUGLIVE App. due to inconsistencies and faulty app.

Bruna is sweet and so cute, but when she is showing one item, someone ask her a question about a item she has already shown. She goes back to the previous item and gives another viewing of that item, leaving the new item just hanging.... she talks to much to the people answering questions on the items she has already shown. It would be better if she finished her presentation then answer questions after she finishes showing her items in her show. To much time wasted, and very disturbing.
