My favorite place to shop! The app makes it an easy and fun experience. The lives are a huge bonus and are so fun to watch. I really appreciate the great customer service and chat option. I would love a wish-list option where you could save your favorites. I also wish that your store credit from returns would show up in your cart without the need to add something first. Overall, this is a great app & a fabulous company!

Store credit and gift card credit have not worked all the time; on both website or app. And there is no one to physically talk to by phone, or maybe the issue would be fixed, since I have been trying for months. (Since July it is October) And when ever I place an order, usually evenings, there isn't anyone live able to assist with this issue. So even though I have been told via writing communication, "I will get a call from someone the next day," that has NEVER happened! Extremely frustrated.

This app is great! So easy to use and I don't need to go and find my card to enter when I want to make a purchase. Also, it saves my address info so I don't need to keep putting it that info as well. One thing I would like to see is a wish list button. If I had a wish list button I can slowly purchase those items and those items would be in one spot and I don't need to go searching everytime.
