About this app

The ChallengeRunner.com platform makes it easy for wellness administrators to create fitness challenges and for participants to submit data. The ChallengeRunner Android app takes the process even further by allowing users to enter and review challenge data from their Android smartphone.

To use the app, simply log in with the same credentials used for the online system (email address + password). All of the challenges you are currently participating in will be shown. Select the one you wish to enter data into and click Save when finished. Simple and effective.

Ratings and reviews

This app is very buggy. It doesn't always sync properly to your tracker, some teammates are showing up multiple times and reducing our teams average score, and you can't always manually fix your steps and have to do it on the desktop website. It freezes a lot when looking at the leaderboard and if you're scrolling on it it constantly closes so you can't view the entire list unless you're only scrolling with the bottom 1/3 of your screen.

Our company loves this app and program. Some of the admin features have a learning curve to them. But it was easy to use overall And very simple to I put activity data. We started with a team of 5 And are now rolling the challenges put to a team of 40. I wish there was a way to see individual activity progress from the start of the challenge to the present in a graph, etc. The distance challenge also only showed total points instead of distance on the leaderboard, but still worked for us.

Overall the app is easy to use. Wish that the message center would show an icon when a new message has received and or pop up notification when the app is opened. Often miss messages from the challenges I am a part of. Also it appears that even if I sync my activity tracker within the app it does not update in the challenges that I'm a part of.
