Ratings and reviews

Ads take forever, 3 ads at a time, then the reward does not always get applied. When it does, there is a delay of sometimes an hour. Game itself is pretty good, but I can change my SIM while pulled back, I also have the Xbox One version which allows this. I cannot access the in-game store on mobile for some reason, it won't let me purchase gems, or even receive free items for watching ads.

Gameplay is great. Just don't buy anything. 75% of the time "you didn't receive your items because of an error." Need help? 75% of the time you submit a ticket for support, "you failed to submit ticket. try again later." in the rare case that you do get an email from support (AI chatbot) they will ask you for a receipt. Then you send it and they NEVER respond. Also, don't watch a video for a reward because "you didn't receive your reward because of an error. try again later."

Its a good realistic game and fun but, your app and servers sucks !! on weekly tournament and weekender. in the middle of ,or starting the game it continues to kick me out and has been happening for some time. if it's not the server the game is rigged and it's not just happening to me others have talked to me about it. 2 stars is were you should be to you get it fixed💩
