Ratings and reviews

Amazing game, easy to level up, fun and tons of content. If you wanna drop $20, you can unlock most, if not all characters. 4 stars are due to the fact they had an offline mode, worked amazing, but then they removed it. After that update there have been quite a few crashes, but aside from the crashes and needing Internet connection to play, amazing game, worth a try.

Love this game, but there's been some disappointment on my end. I've played for a long time, maybe over 5 years? just because the game is that fun. plenty of endgame content and ways to keep yourself entertained even after you unlock everything. In recent years, gooner skins have taken over, but the quality of content released alongside has made up for it. However, they recently made it so you had to verify the most recent hotfix, meaning no offline. For that, I'm dinging 3 stars off my review.

I've played this game at different times around the past decade, was there before Origin came out. Much as I love this game, the fact that offline functionality was removed is a big turn-off, especially since that appears to be related to why the game crashes so much. Despite a decade of content being added, there has been no optimization options added, so the game can get quite laggy. Too many bullets, the bullets stop hitting enemies. Too many enemies, the game runs at 5 fps. 5* if fixed.
