About this app

C365 is the application that will allow you to manage the main processes of your community, with 1 click and be continuously connected to any event that has to do with your community and neighbors.
From self-management and within the real-time framework, we will achieve an efficient ecosystem in your Community, which will allow you to know and manage everything that happens around you and may affect you and your neighbors.

1.- Register incidents and accidents, attaching photos, images, written or recorded comments, reporting in real time to the unions, administrators, president so that they can resolve it quickly.
2.- Consult the community documentation and receive notifications of any event that affects you and your neighbors.
3.- Reservation of common areas in real time and thus avoid any conflict or misunderstanding (paddle tennis, swimming pools, tennis, meeting rooms, etc...)
4.- Join the meetings virtually to follow, give your opinion and decide on the points to be discussed. Vote on any open discussion point.
5 - Get in touch with the main actors in your community and leave a record of what you want to communicate (Concierges, Doormen, Members, President, Gardener, Maintenance workers, etc...)
6 - Consult profiles with your same characteristics and compare your energy consumption (electricity, gas, etc...) to obtain better rates.
7- Request and make changes to your registered data.
8-Be connected to everything that happens in your community and take advantage of any advantage you can obtain based on your status as a community member.
