There are always problems with this app and have been for years. we go to D&B about 1-2 times a year and spend several hundred each time, but I have to call customer service frequently to get the app working right again, and it has never accepted any of my food purchases in it for various spending and rewards. Such a poor business model.

I'm still trying to figure out why every time we come and I spend about $150 in food it never seems to appear on my card or in this app even though they scan the app and give me the discount for the 25% off. it doesn't change the fact that I spend well over $100 every time I come on food and I never seem to see any kind of point credit in the app for it.

Mostly works well. It's easy to view cars balance or add chips to the card, but I have noticed my app will suddenly close after checking a message in the mailbox to see what offers I have open. I also wish the messages about free apps or entrees gave an expiration date rather saying they will expire in x number of days.
