I went to update the app that I've been using for years and was able to get in until now I got an error message: "ISSUE DETECTED We have detected an anomaly with this device and it will not work with our app. Sorry for the inconvenience. [R]" How am I supposed to redeem my points without using the app??? I gotta go through the website! Please fix this error!

I used to love this app but it no longer allows me to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. I have contacted d&b but have not heard back yet. I have a screen shot to send but have not seen where I can send it to. our message says: Sure! Nice venue, horrible deal for a season pass. They claim unlimited play, yet, you have to wait like 60 seconds between swipes. So, if you play a game that offers tickets that you enjoy, you cannot scan it again for 60 seconds. This is irritating as it really limits what someone can do. I've explored the entire offer and nowhere does it say that. Since they offer no refund with this package, they don't tell you about the timer until after purchase. It's a scam!
