I've only been using the app for a couple of months, but I haven't encountered any issues with it up to this point. Being able to keep track of my Game Chips remaining and current Tickets in (close to) real time is a nice touch. Being able to see the current promotions in effect (50% off food, e.g.) is also a plus. At some point, I'm probably going to have to pay for a "recharge" without the benefit of receipt coupons...having the ability to do so from the app (anywhere, anytime) is helpful.

It's a good app. Couldn't give it that 5th star because it shows you lots of info, but is unhelpful too. It wouldn't register one of the cards we got at a kiosk. I tried many times to get it to connect and just kept getting a error message with an unhelpful number. After trying for a while myself, I spoke with an Associate at one of the stores. He transferred the balances two a new card. From there it would register with my app. The app should have already made such a suggestion.

This app sucks! It doesn't keep track of my chips played! I've been recharging my card and playing chips, but they don't count them for chips played in the app!!! And contacting customer service thru the contact form also sucks! No one got back to me about my problem! Can't believe this app has more than 4 stars. Update: Calling customer service resolved my points issue. The app still sucks because it gets laggy and my restaurant points take too long to show up in my account or they don't show
