I don't like being forced to use an app that takes space and sucks my battery really bad, for discounts. I also HATE being forced to only pay in the app for certain deals. They should have the same options on their website, and in person, and allow us the choice to download or not. This app sucks battery way to much, and the perks don't always show up properly to my account. I should be able to pay for deals in cash, in person without a problem, but they give no barcodes to do that with. Fix it.

I tried calling guest services a couple months ago about the mobile app. I keep trying to log in with my phone number, but there's no log in option. Just sign up and "new number update". Neither of those apply to my situation and don't work when I try. It's very frustrating. When I called, they said they were going to send it up higher and SURPRISE: Nothing has happened. I can't access the account! And yes, I already tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and updating the app!

The app is trash, but fitting with the place itself. Deleting the app after this review and have zero plans on ever returning to Dave and Busters. Why is there a $3.00 charge to add a new card to the app? There is no physical card, no employee that set it up for you, and yet it's required for you to play anything in the building. I also found the "auto recharge" when you're low on points even when switched off, reopening the app and it switches back to auto reload. Ihavemoretowrite utimoutofspac
