Egg Paradox is a turn-based strategy game for two players, designed for cooperative play on a single device. The gameplay is inspired by classic hide-and-seek mechanics, but offers asymmetrical roles and different paths to victory.
One player assumes the role of an astronaut—a member of humanity exploring the unknown. The second player plays an alien creature whose goal is to protect and hide its eggs, possibly the last in the history of its species. Each character has unique abilities, limitations, and ways of interacting with the environment.
The game unfolds turn-by-turn. At each turn, players make tactical decisions: moving around the map, using traps or defensive tools, and trying to anticipate their opponent's moves. As the final turn approaches, tension mounts—this is when the superior strategy is decided.
The winner is the one who controls the most eggs by the end of the game, thus determining the delicate balance between survival and loss.
Egg Paradox is a game of choice, stealth, and confrontation, where every game unfolds into a unique story.
