It is always a nightmare trying to get into my account because for whatever reason it doesn't have the correct phone number for me to send a verification code to access my account. I always have to end up using another device just so that I can access my email so maybe then it'll send me a verification code but even then it's not a correct code. Not to mention, going to the ATM to even withdrawal cash is such a nightmare. Why did I sign up for this nightmare??

Navigation not intuitive. Keeps telling me to upgrade when I have the latest version. 2-factor authentication shouldn't have to be repeated from within the app; I already authenticated when I logged in the first time. Can't figure out how to re-enable biometric login after needlessly reinstalling app because it kept telling me to upgrade.

Every time I try to log in I get a pop-up that I need to update my app but there isn't an update. I finally canceled out of it today and was able to get into my account for the first time in weeks. I love love love the trivia that you guys do it's so much fun but have been unable to get into it for about 6 weeks and that's infuriating as well. The financial products that you offer are great, along with the financial planning, and education.
