For all other customers, mobile app calls will count toward any monthly minutes included with the Service and any minutes used in excess of those included will be billed at a rate determined by the calling plan associated with the Service.

Ratings and reviews

The app is a mess, barely even usable. Every time I try to log in on my phone, it keeps saying the app closed or asks me to retry. But retry what? The app won’t even open properly. What’s the point of having something so unstable? And even if by chance it does open, it’s slow, lags, and sometimes loads old info from weeks ago. The design is just not easy for users. There are options, but they’re not explained well enough to actually use. Step it up!

Worst app, ever!!! Keeps crashing, text messaging doesn't show the images, getting messages late. I have been a loyal customer to Freedom Voice for many years, and I have no complaints about their services. Nevertheless, this app will be the cause of ending my services with them! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Terrible App. This app is very slow and extremely buggy. When I attempt to check my new voicemails, it just spins as I wait in eager anticipation...and I waaaiiit. Most of the time, it just never comes up. I usually just close it and never check the voicemail. Luckily, I use a competitor app for real business calls. FreedomVoice is now used mostly to capture spam calls. If you actually need to check voicemails for your business, DO NOT use this app. My 1 cent.

What's new

As a result of an industry-wide effort to reduce spam and fraud, business registration and verification is now required to use text messaging on FreedomVoice. You will not be able to send or receive text messages until you register, but you can still make and receive calls. You will be prompted to register when tapping on the Text tab.
