Can't figure out why my phone does not ring when receiving phone calls to my Conversations phone number even though the device's ringer option is on and I have the Conversations app notifications all set to be notified/ring when receiving a phone call. Ive had this service for a couple of years now and it had never worked. I only use the number for a few selected individuals/companies that I don't want to give my personal number to, But my phone NEVER rings!

Signed up for their deluxe plan free trial. It did not allow incoming calls to ring, went directly to VM. After a lot of running around, they said I needed to pay then all would work. I did, same thing. More and more testing, checking, deleting, still no ringing on incoming calls. Finally canceled, and even that was a hassle. Bottom line, if the app is not working during the "free trial", it will never work, and don't waste your time.

This app was helpful in the beginning but not so much for some time now. There's so much wrong with this app: Constant dropped calls, caller can't hear me, I can't hear them, mic doesn't work or works sometimes. It's super frustrating. We need this for dispatch and we have to answer every call. It makes our business seems amateur and unreliable. Please do something about this.
