Horrible app. Unable to update info. After the update the info has gone back 4 years. One child details can be updated, unable to do it for the other. Unable to select company name, unable to select residential area and if all the details are not selected, then unable to update email address. All my details changed automatically in the app once again. email address changed once again to what is was years ago.... I would give this app '0' if I could. Unfortunately we are forced to use this app.

not user friendly. I need to login most of the time using my email and a OTP. tried to reset the password with my child's student ID and password but it returns an error. The option for biometric is turned but it is not functioning in the app. lot of bugs need to be fixed....

can't proceed to my page without downloading the app which is really not good sometimes we r in rush to make online payments this blockage is a bit annoying
