Horrible app. Unable to update info. After the update the info has gone back 4 years. One child details can be updated, unable to do it for the other. Unable to select company name, unable to select residential area and if all the details are not selected, then unable to update email address. All my details changed automatically in the app once again. email address changed once again to what is was years ago.... I would give this app '0' if I could. Unfortunately we are forced to use this app.

very slow app. the bus tracking page does not refresh ..evertyime i need to reopen the app to see the bus tracking status.

The updated app is more frustrating for the bus timings. It sometime doesn't give the timing when the child is starting and when they reach home. Feels earlier version was far better, in selecting of information regarding kids in different grades. please work on the issues. it is not user friendly.
