not user friendly. I need to login most of the time using my email and a OTP. tried to reset the password with my child's student ID and password but it returns an error. The option for biometric is turned but it is not functioning in the app. lot of bugs need to be fixed....

very slow app. the bus tracking page does not refresh ..evertyime i need to reopen the app to see the bus tracking status.

Looks good but only the UI is functional no data is up-to-dated. supposed to be a one stop solution for parents but alas it's an worthless app
