About this app

It is a simple and very powerful business tool that allows you to keep track of and control the working hours of a company's staff, in accordance with the new regulations promoted by Royal Decree Law 8/2019 of March 8, which establishes that, from the May 12, 2019 the time record is mandatory for all employees and must be kept for 4 years. Failure to comply may result in penalties of up to 6,250 euros.
KaiControl has been designed to facilitate these records for staff, being able to use the mobile application or the web version, depending on the user's preferences.
With Kaicontrol, a detailed record is made of the entrances, exits and breaks of the worker during his working day and these data are stored in the cloud to be used when required, without the need to keep track of them on paper and file them.
