Ratings and reviews

This app is horrible! Gofundme released it before it was even basically functional. When I try to sign up I have to tap each character multiple times because the app refuses to record the keyboard tap and when I finally am able to input my information the final sign up button won't advance the process at all. I repeatedly tap sign up and nothing happens! I can't sign up!!!

Two crucial dead ends in the app. When I go to upload ID documents for verification, it does nothing once I click on "Upload Front...". Once I go to add bank info by clicking Add Bank Using Provider Login, it sends me to a blank page that never loads. Basically, if I wanted our funds now, there would be no way of withdrawing without going through customer service.

I got on the app I think, but it has been at least 30 minutes trying to get on. I thought if I could start over I would connect with original sign in. Something that would lead me not to have to repeat everything. I did , it recognize me as a previous member. I then went to the sign up regular person then it would not take the password. The problem is for me is that at the beginning it didn't have where you can sign in where you where you have signed in previously.
