Using this to access my nhs physio exercise program. It's OK but if you don't save, you can't turn back the clock to record your exercises.. 3/5 just! As someone recovering from a significant injury the ability to add the previous day's exercises is not available, not being able to ever reach 100% on the app when I have completed 100% of my exercise program is quite demoralising. A simple piece of development work to add a user editable time stamp feature.

The exercise tracking is horrible. E.g.: I have an exercise I need to do 3 seconds, 10 sets, 4 times a week. When I did the first set it asked, how many seconds? I marked three. Then it showed it as done... We'll no matter I re-opened it. And after marking the rest of the sets, it now tells me all exercises done for the week... That's not what I wanted. But of course there's no way to delete records... Now I just need to manually find the exercises each day... And I'm just getting started...

The notification system does not work. You can change the timings but there's no way to actually activate it. Today, I opened the app and it said I had no exercises. Looked around and they were listed as 'expired' and I can no longer access them. At no point was I told by the app (or my podiatrist) that there was a time limit and as I was sick for two weeks I couldn't do them during that time, so now I just can't complete my treatment. Of course, the 'ask for help' button also does not work.
