The notification system does not work. You can change the timings but there's no way to actually activate it. Today, I opened the app and it said I had no exercises. Looked around and they were listed as 'expired' and I can no longer access them. At no point was I told by the app (or my podiatrist) that there was a time limit and as I was sick for two weeks I couldn't do them during that time, so now I just can't complete my treatment. Of course, the 'ask for help' button also does not work.

Old Version used to work great, used it for over a year. New version crashes literally every time I touch the app: When loading content, when completing exercises, when viewing exercises. I'm using a vanilla Android 6 - seems like no one ever tested the app on a Android 6... Quite a shame, would be every happy to get he old version back

My Physiotherapist loaded the app with exercises I need to do to recover from a hamstring injury. It doesn't need to be sophisticated, it is a great aid to me and my recovery. It gives visual and written instructions that are easy to follow. You use it in conjunction with your physio appointments.
