VMA Leger-Boucher test on a marked track every 50m
Continuous, progressive, running event with 2-minute increments.
The track, or course, must be marked every 50 meters.
Each runner starts next to a cone and must adjust their course by matching their passage at a cone with a beep.
If the runner arrives at the block early, he waits for the signal to continue his race.
When the runner can no longer keep up the pace, the test ends and the VMA result corresponds to the speed indicated when the runner stopped.
