Very annoyed Christmas present and app won't work to set up hoverboard. completely unexcetable! please explain the point of the app any way!

I was able to download the app on my Android phone but the Bluetooth won't connect because the permissions aren't compatible the app says Bluetooth isn't available and the board itself is damnear impossible to ride the app doesn't even show the board I have so I wasn't sure if I had the right app. tried several times to get Bluetooth to work and nothing.

App is having the same issues as all other reviews. Won't load off play store. Tried 3 Android devices and emailed developer with no response in 3 days. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, and it doesn't work at all. I now can't troubleshooting my sons hoverboard.
