Ratings and reviews

Best bank in Cyprus compare with other local banks. Reason of 4 stars is because a lots of things takes very long time. For example, for customer phone support have to wait around 30 minutes until someone answers. Reset web banking password impossible, because session is expires until reach to the point to enter new password.

It's become worse and worse. It misses push notifications. Bad, but we can live without it. It's not able to login. At the same time I can use web browser to login. So mobile application is not usable any more because it does not provide reliable way to manage accounts. In addition it switches to unsecure way of SMS OTP instead of sec devices (why not push notifications?). For me it was a reason to prefer another bank for daily operations.

I had the same issue with the error "Enable your WiFi or mobile data" and couldn't login, which was quite inconvenient as I always had to use my PC. I thought the issue is with the app, but it turned out to be my phone settings. After sending an email, I received a call by their support dept and here is what she mad me do: make sure the time and time zone is set to automatic, then go to Apps > Hellenic Bank > Storage and clear all data and cache. Works perfect, 5 stars for the prompt support!
