This should still be in beta . It has a good base but has a serious lacking of field knowledge. Tickets for changes have been submitted on my request & the response was that's not important. The request was about the pause button. A MAIN FEATURE OF THE APP. To this day the pause button still does not work properly! Nor can I time a helper into another work order while I'm in another. If the foreman can't properly time his/her helpers into proper tickets & still has to use paper, why do we pay?!!

Some things are great. But I have big list of things that drive me nuts. Selecting a phone number from the app results in a white screen and lock up. Selecting the address uses lat and long resulting in slow and Inaccurate maps results.
