Hubbe Inc. partners with organizations to reduce the burden of managing complex state-funded early childhood education programs with a proven and secure, FERPA-compliant data system. SIS Hubbe California was designed to “start” in the infant/toddler/preschool classroom. The system has many features that benefit classroom instructional staff as well as state funded and tuition-based preschool program administrators for managing their program and improving the quality of early childhood education.
Hubbe is also a powerful platform that allows educators to review their students' information, send announcements to parents, take attendance and manage the sign-in process, and much more.
Educators are able to do the following in Hubbe:
*Review important student information such as health alerts, case notes, important documents, etc.
*Take attendance and manage the sign-in/out process
*Download sign-in/out sheets and daily health check reports
*Download their roster and student emergency cards
*Email announcements to parents
*Enter DRDP Preschool© and DRDP Infant/Toddler© assessment scores
*Track student developmental progress and oversee class result totals
*Enter and review ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2 scores
*Manage student immunizations, physician's reports, and BMI
