After 20 years with csl and 1010 now I update my contract and I have to pay the first bill by cash. Changing back to credit card is easy over the phone. To pay the outstanding bill I am advised to download the app. Now the app wants my password. I dont have. To get or redo a password I must dial *111#. I do that and I cant get any further. I am overseas. This is crazy. The app looks pretty but is no help. 1010 needs to redo the whole thing.

Too many of the same Ads, keep repeating. When I'm not interested, showing it 5 more times and wasting my time is just plain stupid. Turned off ALL notifications.
