Hello there, I really like this app. It is very simple, short and most importantly there are the best exercises for increasing your vertical. I increased my vertical by 1 inch in a week by doing the exercises consistantly. The only change I would like is a little more rest time between exercises, so you can rest a little more. Overall very interested to continue doing these exercises and very good app. Thank you.

A very, simple, and good app. However, I'd like to have reps, and not only a timer. Also, an option for creating your own workouts plan. 😀

This app is great! The exercises worked well. I used to be able to jump only 7.52 inches, but after one month, I can now jump 11.417 inches! But I only have one suggestion, it would actually be nice if you had a voice guide to help you out when exercising.
