what more you want to know? the issue has already been highlighted. whenever I try opening digital account, an error arises after taking selfie, although it says picture verified but suddenly after pressing the proceed button, any unknown error occurs and I can't go forward.

Worst bank i've ever found, physical and online service both arent satisfactory. Deducted my atm charges month ago, even i havent applied. branch submitted requesting email to waive my charges and i also tried on helpline. but they treating their account holders as beggars.

This JS Bank app is honestly just frustrating most of the time. It keeps showing errors while logging in, hangs during transactions, and freezes exactly when you need it the most.
