Ratings and reviews

The app becomes non responsive at times and the only way out is to uninstall and reinstall it. This happens if you put the wrong PIN or do not log out after some time. If you put the wrong PIN, the screen doesn't allow you to go back or abort the attempt. Similarly if you forget to log out and try to log out later, it doesn't work. A message keeps on appearing saying one should contact customer care. The technical team should resolve these deficiencies. Apart from these, the app works well.

App is too slow. Very often App becomes Un-responsive. One can't do anything, nothing works. Only option which works is that App has to be un-installed and reinstalled. There are numerous complaints on this similar problem. Your routine reply that, intermittent issue has been resolved, doesn't hold true. Because problem is continuing since this new version was launched. You just don't do anything. Even after sending emails, nothing is happening. Problem of erratic function is permanent now.

I've been encountering persistent issues with the CAMS app. After using it for a few days, the app gets stuck on the login page. Even when I manage to log in, it remains in a infinite loading state and doesn't transition to the dashboard. I've reported this issue multiple times, yet it continues to recur after a few days.
