Completely unprofessional and unreliable. My ID is not active even after completing everything. No replies to messages, no calls answered, no response to emails. This shows zero concern for users. If you cannot provide support, don’t offer the service. Avoid this app.

The worker they sent was extremely unprofessional. I had a water tank leakage issue. Someone named 'Amir Ali' was supposed to come but a guy named 'Zeeshan' came instead, who was extremely unprofessional. He misquoted prices, forged a receipt and overcharged for an item. In addition to failing to fix the issue, his work caused additional issues. Now not only the water tank leaks, it causes loud noise and drips water, which is risking roof seepage. I have registered a complaint but to no avail.
