Plank exercise. In the "exercises" section, select the exercise you want to perform, or set it as the default exercise. In order not to look for your favorite exercise in the general list, mark it as a favorite and it will go to the “favorites” section, change the duration of the exercise to something that is comfortable for you! In the “weekly program” section, set your exercise for each day of the week! In the "challenges" section, take part in the challenge and select the difficulty level!
