ADL+ 2.0 is an app designed to help elderly Singaporeans maintain and enhance their mental wellbeing. Developed by the LILY Research Centre at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in collaboration with the Institute of Geriatrics and Active Ageing (IGA) at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), the app offers a variety of engaging modules such as educational articles and cognitive games to help seniors stay mentally active, informed, and connected.
