One of the worst apps I've ever used, if not the worst, when it comes to Ul and UX. You can't even check how many GB you have left, see your current subscription, apply for a new one, pay, switch plans, etc. Customer support is also the worst. I recommend that anyone currently with IAM or considering their services remove this app immediately-unless the company is willing to hire a senior engineer to improve the app's services and Ul, rather than having rookies do the job. USELESS app.

My first month’s bill is far too high due to a mistake by the sales representative. I was told I would pay 300 dirhams for 100 Mbps internet (including my work discount), plus a one-time router fee of 200 dirhams—so 500 dirhams total for the first month. However, the representative failed to apply the work discount and added an installation fee without informing me. Now I’m being charged 1127 dirhams instead of the agreed 500, which is unacceptable
