not working even it's is in the instructions of company to use this app for identification but even support don't know about it when you ask them way it's not working, this, waste of time

The worst application, honestly. I have all the appropriate conditions to scan so that I can scan my ID national Card , but the application tells me that the process failed. It would be better if you develop the application better or make it using NFC technology. Unfortunately, the application is corrupt. I give it a one-star rating, and I do not advise anyone to download it because the application does not work at all.
