Ratings and reviews

I've been a member for a few months, the free version. The app works, in so far as being functional. However, there doesn't seem to be any work being done to push this into the forefront as an option for starting a family. There are very few users, and the ones that you do match with either don't respond, or seem to be fake or a bot. The webpage version isn't any better, with no way to engage in anything other than like the app. I've had more success on other apps; this feels forgotten about.

I would give zero stars if I could. I really should have read the reviews before downloading. Every time I try to edit my profile (or do ANYTHING), it crashes. It will either close completely or restart. I'm not exaggerating, it's with ANYTHING I try to do. I gave up and tried to deactivate my account, but it kept going back to the login screen or saying "something went wrong." Please, PLEASE - your app is in some SERIOUS NEED OF FIXING!

There no way of being able to message or contact a match, why not ??? I can make a better app then this one !
