In our Journey of Life, We need personalized health and fitness Guide as long term ongoing support.
Our World and environment are changing rapidly. We live a sedentary life. To keep disease at bay, we need to choose a healthier lifestyle.
We are not here to build mass and six-pack figure, a dream of many.
We aim to create a path of extraordinary lifestyle in developing your true potential.
We also wish to educate people namely parents, in naturing a future generation built on a solid health foundation.
Walking in the path of health and well-being, my partner, Aravinn Thevarr, and I, Nirosh Nathan, will be your trustable health and fitness guided. we have been involved in this field for the last 6 years with great success and results. We are not your average trainers. we started our career as Malaysian national athletes, winning Competition both at the local and international levels especially in the Asian and Southeast Asia region. After Completing Our studies in the Australian fitness industry, under the Australian learning group, together with mentors in this field, we are now better equipped in sharing the current trend of health and fitness knowledge.
Our belief and vision are for the world population to live a better and active lifestyle, Utilizing the current technology. The end result is the achievement of a better healthy lifestyle for all, especially the future generation.
