I really like the app but it's sometimes hard to navigate. Where is my bill mailed from because "You owe" showed up first thing. Kind of demeaning when I always pay my bills in a timely manner once I receive my hard copy. Please cut the number of reminders for appointments and don't call me from an unknown number. Identify "prevea". Thank you.

The MyPrevea app is brilliant. This app has saved me so much time in contacting my providers. For example,, I know that once I leave a message for one of my providers, that I will get a timely message back from them on the app. It is so much better than waiting for a phone call. Thank you much for updating your service and providing this app.

I love this app, it's so convenient. If I have a question I can send a message and I usually get an answer within the same day if not the next day. For meds refill I don't have to call n wait forever I can simply click the refill button and boom it's in the pharmacy. So quick and easy. Best ever!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
