I really like the app but it's sometimes hard to navigate. Where is my bill mailed from because "You owe" showed up first thing. Kind of demeaning when I always pay my bills in a timely manner once I receive my hard copy. Please cut the number of reminders for appointments and don't call me from an unknown number. Identify "prevea". Thank you.

The MyPrevea app is brilliant. This app has saved me so much time in contacting my providers. For example,, I know that once I leave a message for one of my providers, that I will get a timely message back from them on the app. It is so much better than waiting for a phone call. Thank you much for updating your service and providing this app.

I'm not a techy person, but once this was set up, it's very convenient to message the doctor and check results fairly quickly.I also like that it keeps track of upcoming and past appointments
