It's the worst UI ever. I can't understand how this was approved to be released to be used by the users. Updates After my first feedback and downloading the supposedly completely new app, the experience is still really bad. The navigation through the app is bad, the back button does not work, keeps going in loops. I'm not going to talk about the website which is another nightmare. The load time is infinite and the login portal sometimes does not respond or the services are down.

been using it over a year and i have experienced screen freezing this past 5 days and have yet to log in the app. it is just frozen on the front page and doesn't even bither loading towards the log in screen. just a black background with the logo is all that is showing.

I’m encountering an issue with the app—despite entering the correct login information, I keep receiving an "alert error" and an "unsuccessful login" message. It seems there may be a bug or a system issue, possibly due to high user volume or a pending update. May I kindly ask your team to look into this as soon as possible? I understand these things happen, but I hope there will be a timely resolution rather than a generic response. I trust in your capable IT team to address this efficiently.
