The app is quite slow and frequently takes a long time to load options. It often displays a blank screen when opened, and I have to attempt multiple times before it functions properly.

I can't even log in, tried clearing the cache and data both but no luck, then tried reinstalling but faced same issue, after that tried to install on iPhone and Android both the phones ,but the same issue occurred every time with the below error "something went wrong"

Very poor app. trying to create an account as it is showing an error at the last page when you add the login details and even tried to call customer service but no help.
